A classic dish from the Yucatan peninsula. “en pib”, meaning “cooked in ground” is the flavor we are aiming for… “in pressure cooker” or “oven”. We will go through it step by step. Marinade, beans and garnishes. You do not need to have a pressure cooker but one is highly recommended if you want to eat it after the class.
