As a border kid, the first core memories of food aside from Mexican were Italian. Later on, my first job as a cook was at a small family owned red sauce spot in San Diego where I learned that Italian food would be a much different experience without Mexico. Come and learn several handmade pasta shapes and afterwards we will make a lusciously creamy poblano pepper tequila sauce and chicken or vegetable to go with it. Along with the most ultimate garlic bread and bonus chocolate cake for dessert you’ll ever eat. Recipes that I have perfected over the last 20 years.
